If Other’s Property Managed Voluntarily, Not To Be Abandoned (negotiorum Gestio)
stio): If a person manages or operates a business or
property of another person on his or her own without information
to, or authority from, that other person, the person shall, so long as
such business or property continues to exist, not abandon such
business or property without handing it over to that other person,
his or her successor or agent or until that other person removes him
or her.
